1. Fruits Zucchini

Many people are not sure how to use fruits  zucchini. That is why I am writing this blog post, so you will know how to enjoy the benefits of one of my favorite vegetables! Zucchini can be used in many ways, such as in raw or cooked dishes. One way to cook it is by grilling it with some garlic and seasoning. Another way is by slicing it up for a side dish. Personally, I like using zucchini on top of pizza because it adds more flavor than just the usual tomatoes and cheese. Lastly, adding zucchini to your smoothies can help keep your digestive system running smoothly!
